For claims where the customer is claiming that the goods are faulty and defective please return the item with a full description including screen shots if possible of the problem or fault with the merchandise. Once received we will fully investigate the customer's claim and at our sole discretion will either issue new merchandise or issue a refund.

Note that shipping costs for all items returned for warranty claims are at the customers expense and must be returned to our address.
